Gillian as Mary Magdalene

I have been wondering about the source of thinking about Mary Magdalene as the oral history of Q. As I reread Stranger with the idea of reconciling Heinlein's dominant women with the Biblical allegory of Stranger. The role of Jill becomes apparent as the source of my conviction that Mary was Q. Jesus as a virile 30 something male in that society certainly had, if not groupies at least one female around to bounce ideas off of and probably bounce around with that traveled with him. I haven't yet decided if this was intentional in Heinlein, but the parallels are certainly there. Jill is not officially wife, but is certainly "Sharing water" on a regular basis. But most important is there to help Mike formulate his strange ideas for the ordinary people that he will be preaching to.
